Moss-side Highland Ponies
Stallions
Our aim has always been to breed traditional Highland Ponies and to continue to improve on the stock that we started with. The Moss-side Ponies are bred to have good overall conformation and be able to move with straight elevated action. Also, very important, we aim to maintain the breed characteristics - because if we lose them, we lose the elements that make the Highland unique.
We assess our mares and then choose a stallion that will both compliment and improve any weak points. We are always willing to help in the choice of stallion for any visiting mares.
We currently have three stallions at stud.
